Obtaining buy-in from these areas will demonstrate to employees that the organization as a whole supports the program and will greatly increase your likelihood of success. In addition, human resources and similar business areas are likely to have valuable insight into how employees will react to the program and may offer important suggestions on how best to promote and implement the program.
